Eat these foods to keep your breath fresh.

An ever fresh breath is something everybody wants. Fresh breath means there is no problem in your mouth or digestive track.  Aside this, fresh breath can also do a lot to boost your confidence.
One way to keep your breath is choosing what you eat. These five foods will help keep your breath fresh:
1.       Yogurt
Eating unsweetened yogurt regularly can help combat bad breath. Yogurt promotes healthy or ‘good’ bacteria that kill off ‘bad’ bacteria in the mouth, throat and stomach. It also contains
vitamin D which helps to fight bacteria. So eat unsweetened yogurt regularly for six weeks to combat bad breath.
2.       Apple
When you chew fruits such apples and carrots, and fresh vegetables, plaque on the teeth that causes bad breath are removed. Chewing increases saliva production and prevents the proliferation of bacteria.
3.       Orange
This is a recommendation from a dental professor in New York. Fruits such as orange which are rich in vitamin C can destroy unwanted bacteria in the mouth and digestive track.
4.       Medicinal Plants
Medicinal plants such as mint leave, parsley, and fennel seeds contain a lot of chlorophyll, kill off bacteria in the mouth and freshens breath.
5.       Tea
A cup of green or black tea can reduce bad breath.  These teas contain polyphenols, antioxidants that kill bacteria that cause bad breath. A research documented at the University of Utah shows that people who regularly drink tea tends to have fresh breath compared with those who did not.
If you take these foods regularly, your bad breath will be gone in no time.
